You will need to bring the following ingredients...
- Cheese. (A little goats cheese is ideal. Not Dairylea Triangles, please. That'd be stupid. Probably about half of one per person).
- Mushrooms. (A big flat one each).
Ok, the rest of it isn't really that secret anyway. Oil up some tinfoil and place your mushroom on (cut the stalk out first). Slice your cheese in half, attempting to create a couple of mushroom sized discs of cheese and place these on the mushrooms. Drizzle a bit more oil over the top, add salt and pepper and some garlic, and then gently wrap each mushroom up in it's own little tinfoil parcel. (Not too tightly, or it all sticks to the top). Then barbecue "until it's ready".
Note: Tinfoil that has been sat on a barbecue for half an hour is very hot. Remember this, or swear loudly. It's your choice.
